1. Who we are

These terms govern use of https://www.disenowebflow.com and the AI visibility, personalized web design, and subscription growth services offered by Diseño Web Flow™ Costa Rica("Flow", "we"). By using the site, creating an account, or buying a plan, you accept these terms.

2. Services and plans

Flow is an AI visibility studio for entrepreneurs and SMBs. We offer annual subscription plans billed monthly (12-month commitment, monthly price) so you pay for the template and brand personalization in installments, not all at once. The plan includes an optimized, personalized site, hosting free for the first year, basic SEO, and, depending on the plan and Super Powers you add, optional services such as GEO/SEO, CMS, content, automations, and paid media. Each site is adapted to your brand DNA and optimized for performance, accessibility, and conversion. The scope of each plan is what the pricing page describes at the time of purchase. You can configure your plan, book an optional call, and pay when you are ready.

3. Accounts

You may pay as a guest or create an optional account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the information you register. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service.

4. Payments, billing, and cancellation

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Plans are annual and billed monthly: you commit to 12 months and Stripe charges the list price each month (with the discount in force at purchase). The work is not charged upfront: those 12 installments cover the template and personalization. Hosting is included free for the first year. If you ask to cancel the base plan before those 12 months end, the commitment still applies: you must pay the remaining monthly installments until the 12 months are complete. We do not refund billed periods except as required by applicable law or as we state at purchase. After the 12 months, the base plan ends and the subscription stays only on Super Powers you keep; you can cancel those extras at any time from the billing portal. Super Power cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. The site is hosted and managed only inside the Flow ecosystem. Your content and images are yours. The published site is not delivered for hosting on another platform. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include taxes that may apply.

5. Delivery and growth guarantee

Delivery timelines and the kickoff meeting are scheduled after payment (and after the pre-call, if you booked one). When a plan includes growth services (GEO/SEO, content, or paid media), our guarantee is to keep working at no extra cost until the agreed goals are met; we do not guarantee specific search rankings, results in third-party AI tools, or metrics outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

Content you give us (logo, copy, images, brand data) remains yours and you authorize us to use it to provide the service. That content and those images remain yours if the service ends. The website (template, code, infrastructure, hosting, and publishing tools) is managed only inside the Flow ecosystem; it is not a deliverable for hosting on another platform. Flow keeps ownership of its methodology, software, internal tools, Flow brand, and any generic or reusable material. Licenses for third-party tools, resources, or assets, when they apply, follow those providers' terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal, deceptive, or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may refuse projects that break this policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last three months. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date; continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
