1. Who is responsible

Diseño Web Flow™ Costa Rica ("Flow") is responsible for the processing of the personal data we collect through https://www.disenowebflow.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you give us directly: name, email, phone, and messages when you complete forms, buy a plan, or create an account; and your brand data (business name, website, logo, colors, Brand DNA) when you configure your project or use the pricing questionnaire and the visibility report. We also collect basic technical data about how the site is used.

3. How we use it

We use your data to: provide the service you contracted and design your custom site, analyze visibility when you request it, process payments and billing, manage your account, answer inquiries, send you information about your order and, if you accept, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Providers that process data

We work with providers that process data for us under their own security safeguards: Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (site hosting), Airtable (order and project management), and Google (optional sign-in). Each one receives only the data needed for its role.

5. Retention

We keep your data while you have an account or an active business relationship with us, and for the additional time required for legal or accounting obligations. You can delete your account from your profile; this deletes your account and the saved Brand DNA.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time, by emailinginfo@disenowebflow.com.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use local storage and cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, your cart, visual theme, and session) and basic analytics tools to understand how the site is used.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access control. No system is 100% secure; if we detect an incident that affects your data, we will let you know.

9. Changes to this policy

We will publish any change on this page with the corresponding update date.
