Overview

Template for a painter's website featuring oil landscape works, with a portfolio of artworks, exhibitions, studio, journal, contact, and service pages covering purchases, commissions, studio visits and loans. The main navigation includes Works, Exhibitions, Studio, Journal and Contact. The home page presents a large headline, featured works with their size and availability, a section showing paintings at true scale beside a reference figure, a detail gallery, press quotes and a list of notes. Work listings include year, medium, size, status and price. The visual style is restrained and minimal, with light and cream backgrounds, large sans-serif typography and reddish-orange accents. It suits artists, galleries and collectors selling original art.
